Speech Inspirations PLLC is Hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Near Charlotte, NC

Speech Inspirations is a group of traveling therapists providing speech and occupational therapy services throughout Raleigh and Charlotte. We are growing and looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator! This position will be a remote position in Charlotte, NC. Roles, Responsibilities, & Requirements:
Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  • Must possess active listening skills, persuasive speaking, empathy & the ability to build rapport and trust
  • Ability to compose professional email communications
  • Effectively communicate Speech Inspirations culture and values to attract talent and reduce turnover
  • Requires adaptability and flexibility in an evolving & fast paced environment
  • Strong time management and organization skills

Candidate Sourcing and Networking

  • Ability to source candidates through different channels such as job boards, databases, and social media
  • Networking skills to build relationships with passive candidates to create a pipeline of prospective candidates for future opportunities

Technology Proficiency

  • Strong familiarity with Google Suite
  • Provide data Entry & recruitment process management with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide administrative support for talent acquisition team & hiring managers
  • Ability to create recruitment materials, reports, and presentations on recruitment activities

Interviewing

  • Ability to conduct screening interviews using behavioral interviewing techniques to gauge fit for the role and company culture
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Responsible for follow up activities for current and past applicants to schedule maximum amount of screening interviews

Onboarding New Employees

  • Coordinate training sessions and prep necessary materials and resources
  • Must be detail oriented ensuring a seamless transition for new hires
